Step 3: Describe Your Email

In the add-on panel, you'll see a text area where you can describe what you want to write. Be specific about:

  • Purpose - What's the goal of this email?
  • Tone - Professional, casual, friendly?
  • Key points - What information should be included?

For example:

"Write an email to schedule a meeting with the marketing team for next week to discuss Q1 results. Keep it professional but friendly."

Step 4: Generate the Draft

Click Generate Draft and wait a few seconds. The AI will create your email and insert it into the compose window.

Step 5: Review and Edit

Always review the generated draft before sending. You can:

  • Edit any part of the text
  • Regenerate if needed
  • Add attachments or CC recipients

Tips for Better Results

  • Be specific - The more detail you provide, the better the output
  • Include context - Mention relevant background information
  • Use profiles - Create profiles for different email types to save time
  • Provide examples - If you have a specific style in mind, describe it
