How does it work?

Install the add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace
Open Gmail and click the Aeralis icon
Describe what you want to write
The AI generates a draft and inserts it into your compose window
Review, edit if needed, and send

Is my email content stored?

No. We do not store your email content. Your requests are processed in real-time by the AI, and the content is discarded immediately. Only anonymous usage metrics are collected to improve the service.

What AI model is used?

We use Google Gemini, specifically optimized for email writing tasks. This ensures high-quality, contextual output while maintaining speed.

Does it work with Google Workspace accounts?

Yes, but your organization's administrator may need to approve the add-on. Contact your IT department if you see permission errors.

Can I use it on mobile?

Yes! Aeralis works on both the Gmail mobile app and the Gmail web interface. You can also access the web dashboard at aeralis.ai from any device to manage your profiles and settings.

How accurate is the AI?

The AI generates high-quality drafts in most cases, but you should always review before sending. AI-generated content can sometimes:

Miss nuances in context
Include slightly inaccurate information
Not perfectly match your intended tone

That's why we always recommend reviewing the generated draft.

Can I use it for any type of email?
