Business Plan
For power users who need advanced features.
Includes everything in Pro, plus:
- Unlimited profiles
- Knowledge (upload and search documents)
- Priority support
Price: $24.99/month or $249/year (save 17%)
Team Plan
For organizations that want to collaborate.
Includes everything in Business, plus:
- 3 team seats included
- Shared profiles across your team
- Team management (invite members, assign roles)
- Additional seats available ($20/month or $200/year each)
Price: $79/month or $790/year (save 17%)
How Team Pricing Works
The Team plan includes 3 seats. If you need more team members, you can purchase additional seats:
- Additional seats: $20/month or $200/year per seat
- Example: A team of 5 would pay $79 + (2 × $20) = $119/month

Billing FAQ
When am I charged?
You're charged when you subscribe and on the same day each month (or year for annual plans).
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our payment provider, Paddle.
Is there a trial?
The Free plan lets you try the core features. We don't currently offer Pro/Business trials, but you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund.
How do I cancel?
Go to Billing, click "Manage Subscription," and select "Cancel." You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
