Is my email content stored?
No. Aeralis never stores, logs, or retains your email content. All processing happens in real-time and is immediately discarded. We only save anonymous usage metadata required for billing—never email content.
What AI model powers Aeralis?
Aeralis is powered by Google Gemini 3.0 Flash, optimized for fast, context-aware responses with natural writing quality. Grounding features use Google Search and Google Maps for accurate, real-time context.
Does it work with Google Workspace?
Yes. Aeralis works with both personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. For Workspace, your admin may need to approve the add-on depending on your organization's policies. Individual users can install it directly with no special setup.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period, and you can always downgrade to the Free tier with no loss of data or configuration.
Does Aeralis read my entire inbox?
No. Aeralis only processes the specific email thread you choose to generate a response for. It does not scan or access your inbox outside of that action.
Do replies sound like me?
Forward a few of your own sent emails to your profile's address. Aeralis reads them and starts matching how you actually write. Most people notice the difference after three or four.
Can I use Aeralis to write new emails, not just replies?
Yes. You can generate full drafts for new outgoing emails directly from the Gmail sidebar using any of your profiles.
Can I add my own documents, links, or files as context?
Yes. All plans include context URLs, Google Search, and Google Maps grounding. Business adds Knowledge for documents, PDFs, and notes.
Does Aeralis work on mobile Gmail?
Yes. The Gmail add-on works on mobile apps for both iOS and Android with the same capabilities as desktop.
What permissions does Aeralis require?
Only the minimal Gmail add-on permissions required to read the thread you are replying to and create a draft. Aeralis does not request full inbox access.
